PLACING AN ORDER & PAYMENT
Do I need to create an account to make an order?
No, creating an account is optional. However, by creating an account you make tracking orders easier.
What is Candy Fix’s return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds on purchases because candy is perishable.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard and Visa.
SHIPPING
My shipping address is wrong, how can you help?
Contact us at info@candyfix.com with your order number, we will do our best to get your candy.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to Canada and United States.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Normally, it takes 1 to 2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Standard shipping usually takes between 2 to 7 business days. For more information on delivery options please check https://candyfix.com/pages/shipping
What are the free shipping requirements?
We are currently running free shipping offer on orders of $45 or more. If a discount code is used and the total is less the $45 at the checkout, you will not get the free shipping option.
DIETARY INFORMATION
Do you have sugar-free candy?
No, we don't have sugar-free candy options at the moment.
Do you carry Kosher candy?
We do offer a variety of kosher candy and you will find it marked with the K icon in the candy’s details. Our facility is not Kosher certified.
Do you carry Halal candy?
We do offer a variety of Halal candy and you will find it marked with the H icon in the candy’s details. Our facility is not Halal certified.
Do you carry gluten-free candy?
We do have gluten-free products and you will find it marked with Gluten Free icon in the candy’s details. However, if your allergies are severe we suggest you avoid our candies since the packaging facility handles gluten-containing products.
Are Candy Fix products allergy friendly?
All the allergen information are stated in the details of each candy. However, if your allergies are severe we suggest you avoid our candies since the packaging facility handles candy that might contain peanut, milk, soy, wheat, and nuts.
CUSTOM ORDER
Is it possible to personalize my Candy Fix package?
Yes indeed. Our interactive website provides fun tools to select a design and add your personal message to the label. This costs $1.0 per label and the design will be applied to all the cubes in your package. We also offer a selection of cards with no extra charge.
Can I customize a large order of Candy Fix cubes for my special event?
That’s exciting! If you have an order of 30 cubes or more, just email us on info@candyfix.com or fill the form on our Party Favours page and we will get back to you within 2 business days.
Does Candy Fix offer corporate gifts?
Oh yes, we do! Please contact us at info@candyfix.com for more information.
How long does it require to finalize and ship customized large orders?
It really depends on how many candy cubes are in your order and the shipping address. Typically it takes around 10 business days to process, approve then ship.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Can I return or refund my box?
All sales are final. We will not accept returns or refund as candy is perishable product.
Where is the candy manufactured?
We select the yummiest candy from different manufacturers. We carry brands that are made in Canada and others made in USA, Germany, Spain and Turkey.
How long does the candy stay fresh?
We pack our candy in acrylic boxes, packets or pouches and all are resealable. Once opened the candy would stay fresh for about 6 weeks and unopened it will last for about 4 months. Please make sure that you store the candy in a cool and dry place.
