At Candy Fix, we’re dedicated to making sure you get your candy fix as smoothly as possible! Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, options, and policies.


Order Processing Time

  • Processing Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Peak Seasons: During holidays and busy seasons, processing may take a bit longer. We’ll keep you updated if any delays occur.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your candy’s journey from our store to your door.


Shipping Options

1. Standard Shipping (Canada & U.S.)

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 3-7 business days after processing for Canadian orders.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping within Canada on orders over $75.
  • Tracking: Provided via email when your order ships.

2. Expedited Shipping (Canada)

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 1-3 business days after processing.
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

Please note that while we strive to ship orders quickly, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.


U.S. Shipping

We’re excited to serve customers in the United States! Here’s what you need to know:

  • Delivery Time: U.S. shipments typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on location and customs processing times.
  • Customs Requirements: Orders shipped to the U.S. will include a commercial customs invoice attached to the shipping box, as required by customs authorities.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.

In-Store Pickup

For local customers, we offer the convenience of in-store pickup:

  • Pickup Location: 174 Lakeshore Rd E Unit D, Oakville
  • Availability: Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.

To use this option, select “In-store Pickup” at checkout.


Shipping Policies

Tracking and Delivery
Upon shipment, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package. While we provide estimated delivery times, please be aware that exact delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed due to carrier and customs variability.

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@candyfix.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.

Delivery Issues
In the rare event of a delay, lost package, or any damage during shipping, please reach out to us, and we’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
